Custom websites you own outright.
I’m Nader, a senior web engineer. I’ve been building websites since 2007, including e-commerce and analytics systems for GM, FCA, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Sears and JCPenney. Now I build them for small businesses and coaches: custom WordPress sites on hosting in your name, built personally, in any language, by a developer you can actually talk to.

The Problem
The two bad options
Most small businesses get stuck between cheap and overpriced.
The $500 to $700 template site
A quick build from an AI tool or a template studio. It looks fine on day one. Then you find out the site lives on their platform, the monthly fee is what keeps it alive, and anything beyond “change a photo” is quoted separately. You don’t own it. You rent it.
The $20,000 agency
A real team, a six-month timeline, a junior developer doing the actual work, and an account manager between you and anyone who can answer a technical question. You’re project number fourteen.
There’s a third option:
A senior engineer who builds your site personally, charges a fair flat price, and hands you the keys when it’s done. No templates. No account managers. No platform rent. That’s what I do. Projects start at $2,500.
How I work
You talk to the person who builds it. Start to finish.
No account managers, no handoffs, no outsourcing. I scope the project with you, build it, launch it, and train you on it. If something breaks a year later, you email me and I fix it, because I’m the one who wrote it.
You own it. Completely.
Your site runs on hosting in your name, on your domain, in WordPress, the platform that powers over 40% of the web. You can move it, hand it to another developer, or run it yourself. There’s no monthly fee required to keep it online. That’s the difference between owning a website and renting one.
Built for your language, or several.
I build sites in English and in other languages, including right-to-left layouts done properly, not bolted on. If your customers speak more than one language, your website should too. Most studios can’t do this. I’ve been doing it for years.
Custom, not configured.
Every site is designed around your business and your goals. No cookie-cutter theme with your logo dropped in. If you need booking, payments, a course platform, a client portal, or a store, it’s built in, not patched on.
A fixed price. No surprises.
You get one written quote before any work starts, and that’s the number. No hourly meter, no “that’s extra” halfway through, no monthly fee to keep what you paid for. If the scope changes because you want more, we agree on it in writing first. Projects start at $2,500, and I’ll tell you on the first call whether yours fits.
What I build
Custom websites for businesses that need them to work.
Every site I build has a job: produce inquiries, bookings, or sales. Design serves that job, not the other way around. I build on WordPress because it’s the platform you can own, move, and run yourself, and because after building on it since 2007 I know exactly what it can carry.
Four kinds of projects cover most of what I’m asked for. If yours doesn’t fit one of them, the first call will tell us both quickly.
Professional business websites
Content-rich sites for professional services, local businesses, and established companies. Built to rank, load fast, and turn visitors into inquiries. Includes contact forms, lead capture, and basic SEO setup.
Coaching and course platforms ⭐
Complete business platforms for coaches and consultants: automated booking, course delivery, client portals, email sequences, and payment processing. Everything you need to sell beyond one-on-one sessions. This is the work I do most, and the work I’m best at.
E-commerce stores
Full online stores with inventory, payments, shipping, tax, and multi-currency support. Built on WooCommerce so you own the store outright, with no percentage of your sales going to a platform.
Bilingual and multilingual sites
Sites that serve customers in two or more languages, with proper right-to-left support where the language needs it. Built into the design from the start, not added with a translation plugin that breaks the layout.
